This series is one of my favorites. It is derived from a painting that I did while I was living in Mexico. The colors were inspired by Mexico. (Most of my art is inspired by the colors of my environment.) The paintings, especially the eyes, were inspired by my cat, Isan. He had gorgeous blue eyes, that often went straight across the brow like that, making you wonder what you did to cause such suspicion.
